Mr. Elder has a long and distinguished career in commercial banking and finance. He spent over 31 years in retail and commercial banking with local, regional and national financial institutions. Underwritten over 400M in commercial loans, he has gained a good knowledge and background of many industries. He has a well- diversified background in management, public reporting, business development, commercial banking and corporate finance. In addition, Mr. Elder has assisted and start-up and private companies in obtaining more than $90 million in funding and putting together strong management teams over the last 20 years in many different industries.

He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies, Marani Brands Inc. (OTCBB:MRIB), StereoVision, (OTCBB:SVSN) and Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMXG), where his duties entailed financial reporting, business development and corporate finance. He was successful in over $8M in equity capital raises between the three companies. Mr. Elder was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Secure Resolutions Inc., a private software company, which he co-founded in 2001 and consisted of the former McAfee ASP team. His duties there included financial management, reporting and planning as well as investor relations and fundraising. During his tenure with Secure Resolutions, he assisted the company in raising over $7M for product growth and operating capital.

Mr. Elder was also a financial consultant, raising capital in the form of debt or equity, and assisting to restructure businesses to run more efficiently. He recently went back into banking at Wells Fargo Bank, but left again to become a CFO of Marani Brands, Inc. He has always been active in the community serving on boards such as; Boys and Girls Club, Rotary, The Nevada Revolving Loan Fund, Boy Scouts, Big Brothers and other organizations over the years.
